Orders are processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Total Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time
Customers in the United States get expedited delivery. You will receive your order typically within 10 business days depending on the shipment option you choose. Some products are delivered within 3 - 5 business days. If there are shipping delays, it is often due to the shipping provider and is out of our control.
For international orders, you will receive your order within two to three weeks depending on where in the world you are ordering from and where we have to ship your items.
The shipping cost is minimal. We charge a small fee in order to ensure your parcel is safe and to get it to you as fast as possible.
Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your purchased items are fulfilled. Please fill in both account email and order number in order to monitor the status on the order status page.

Even though our headquarters are in the United States, we have warehouses in all major continents, and where your product ships from is dependent on what product you order. Our goal is to deliver products to you as fast as possible while maintaining flexibility with our shipping logistics.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds are issued in the form of a unique discount code which is linked to the email on your Ecruve account and can be applied like store credit on future purchases. The discount code will be emailed to you from our support staff upon completion of your return. These discount codes are valid for one year and then expire.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
How to start a return
Email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for your return. Return instructions will be replied to you once we receive your request.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will have you send back your item.
Ship your item to the designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions. Once the package is received, your unique discount code will be emailed to you and your return will be completed.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Out of Stock Delivery & Unfulfilled Orders
On extremely rare occasions our inventory management system allows customers to place orders even after we have run out of stock. This can happen when too many customers order the same product simultaneously. As a result, if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit that you can use on any other items.
